My team worked on the development of shampoos, conditioners and masks for the Kerasilk premium launch. We wanted to unite great performance, premium appearance and consistencies. The project concerned the development of new systems while simplifying complex formulations. The system we developed was not convenient, so a new idea was born. The surprising outcome was built into the new Kerasilk line. Seeing our final products makes me proud that we could make the necessary changes to meet the product requirements. This is Genba in action.
